Certificates of Analysis and Safety Data Sheets do not indicate suitability for human consumption, veterinary use, cosmetic use, diagnostic use, medical use, therapeutic use, supplementation, wellness use, performance enhancement, personal use, or administration to humans or animals.

9. Temperature-Sensitive and Integrity-Sensitive Products

Verified Vials products are specialised laboratory research materials whose quality, integrity, stability, or suitability may be affected by temperature exposure, moisture, contamination, handling, storage conditions, or compromised chain of custody after delivery.

You are responsible for reviewing the product label, product page, Safety Data Sheet, Certificate of Analysis, and any product-specific documentation before handling or storing products.

Once an order has been delivered, you are responsible for storing and handling products appropriately and promptly.

Verified Vials is not responsible for degradation, contamination, loss of integrity, reduced viability, or product issues caused by:

  • incorrect storage after delivery

  • delayed storage after delivery

  • temperature exposure after delivery

  • moisture exposure

  • contamination

  • opening or unsealing

  • reconstitution

  • alteration

  • mishandling

  • use outside appropriate laboratory research conditions

  • use for any prohibited purpose

 

 

10. Product Appearance

Some products may be supplied in lyophilised form. The contents of a vial may appear minimal, settled, or difficult to see.

This does not necessarily mean that the vial is empty, defective, or incorrect.

Customers should refer to the product label, order confirmation, batch information, Certificate of Analysis, Safety Data Sheet, and any product-specific documentation provided.

 

 

11. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account or provide information to place an order, access certain features, request support, or apply to a referral, trade, or research partner programme.

You are responsible for ensuring that account information is accurate, complete, and up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activity under your account.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe that:

  • information provided is false, incomplete, or misleading

  • the account is being used for prohibited purposes

  • the account presents a fraud, payment, legal, compliance, security, or regulatory risk

12. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not automatically mean that your order has been accepted.

After you place an order, you may receive an order acknowledgement, payment confirmation, or automated email. This confirms that we have received your order request or payment attempt, but it does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, an order is accepted only when we dispatch the order or send you a dispatch confirmation email.

Verified Vials is not responsible for courier delays, postal delays, customs delays, weather disruption, strikes, operational disruption, local delivery issues, or events outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information at checkout.

We are not responsible for failed delivery, delay, loss, or return caused by:

  • incorrect address details

  • incomplete address details

  • incorrect postcode

  • missing business name, where applicable

  • unavailable recipient

  • refusal of delivery

  • failure to collect from a depot or pickup location

  • failure to respond to courier contact

  • inaccessible delivery location

  • delivery restrictions at the destination

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have where delivery is not completed within a legally required or expressly agreed timeframe.

 

 

16. International Orders, Customs, and Import Restrictions

Customers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for ensuring that products can be lawfully imported, possessed, handled, stored, and used in their destination country.

Verified Vials does not guarantee that any product can be imported into any specific country.

You are responsible for:

  • checking local laws and restrictions before ordering

  • obtaining any required permits, licences, approvals, or authorisations

  • paying any import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, or storage charges

  • complying with customs, border, import, and destination-country requirements

Verified Vials is not responsible for customs delays, customs refusal, seizure, destruction, import restrictions, unpaid duties, unpaid taxes, regulatory restrictions, or delays caused by customs or border agencies.

Refunds, replacements, or re-dispatch will not normally be provided where an order is delayed, refused, seized, destroyed, returned, or held due to customs, import restrictions, unpaid duties, unpaid taxes, customer failure to comply with local requirements, or destination-country issues.

 

 

17. Refunds, Returns, Cancellations, and Product Issues

Refunds, returns, replacements, cancellations, damaged parcels, missing orders, and product issues are governed by our Refund Policy.

Due to the nature of the products, including their specialised laboratory research purpose, sealed format, temperature sensitivity, risk of deterioration or degradation, contamination risk, and inability to verify storage conditions or chain of custody after delivery, routine cancellation returns and change-of-mind returns are restricted as described in our Refund Policy.

Verified Vials does not accept routine returns or change-of-mind returns after delivery.

Refunds, returns, or replacements will only be considered where a product is confirmed by Verified Vials to be faulty on arrival, damaged in transit, incorrect, not as described, lost before delivery, or where a remedy is required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms or our Refund Policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

 

 

18. Safety Data Sheets and Certificates of Analysis

Where stated on the product page or otherwise applicable, Verified Vials may provide Safety Data Sheets, Certificates of Analysis, batch information, or other product documentation.

Safety Data Sheets are provided for laboratory safety, handling, storage, hazard communication, and risk assessment purposes.

Certificates of Analysis are provided for analytical and batch-verification purposes.

These documents do not indicate suitability for human consumption, veterinary use, cosmetic use, diagnostic use, medical use, therapeutic use, supplementation, wellness use, performance enhancement, personal use, or administration to humans or animals.

You are responsible for reviewing all relevant documentation before handling any product.

 

 

19. Customer Communications

You must not submit communications, enquiries, reviews, forms, messages, or support requests that promote, request, imply, or describe prohibited use of Verified Vials products.

We will not knowingly publish content that refers to human or animal use, dosing, administration, personal use, medical effects, cosmetic effects, therapeutic effects, wellness outcomes, performance outcomes, or other prohibited claims.

We may moderate, reject, remove, edit, restrict, or refuse to publish user content at our discretion.

By submitting content to Verified Vials, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, edit, publish, and distribute that content for lawful business purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

 

 

21. Referral, Trade, and Research Partner Programme

Verified Vials may operate a referral, trade, research partner, or approved introducer programme.

Participation is not automatic. Applications may be manually reviewed and may be accepted, refused, restricted, suspended, or terminated at our discretion.

Referral partners may be required to agree to separate programme terms, promotional rules, commission terms, compliance requirements, or partner agreements. Where separate programme terms apply, they form part of the agreement between you and Verified Vials.

Referral partners must comply with all Verified Vials policies, approved promotional rules, and research-use-only requirements.

Referral partners must not promote Verified Vials products for:

  • human consumption

  • veterinary use

  • cosmetic use

  • diagnostic use

  • medical use

  • therapeutic use

  • supplementation

  • wellness use

  • performance enhancement

  • personal use

  • administration to humans or animals

Referral partners must not provide dosage guidance, administration guidance, injection guidance, treatment claims, disease claims, cosmetic claims, before-and-after content, or any content implying use outside a laboratory research setting.

We may withhold, cancel, adjust, or refuse commission or referral payments where referral activity breaches these Terms, programme rules, applicable law, or our research-use-only positioning.

 

 

22. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, product information, graphics, images, logos, icons, layouts, designs, documents, branding, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Verified Vials or RKCKMJ LTD unless otherwise stated.
