Yes. Every Verified Vials product is supplied strictly for laboratory research. They are not for human or veterinary use, and we do not provide dosage, preparation or personal use guidance.
How is each batch tested?
Batches are analysed by an independent laboratory. HPLC measures purity, LC-MS confirms identity and LAL testing checks for bacterial endotoxins. The results are published as batch certificates.
Where can I see the certificate for my batch?
Every product page links its Certificate of Analysis, endotoxin certificate and safety data sheet where available. You can also search everything in our certificate library.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed by 1pm UK time, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after the cutoff, at weekends or on bank holidays go out on the next working day.
How much is delivery and where do you ship?
Tracked UK delivery is free on orders over £100, and Express delivery is free on UK and Ireland orders of £200 or more. We also ship to Ireland, the EU, the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Thailand, and the cost is shown at checkout.
What if a batch is off spec or my parcel goes missing?
If a batch does not meet its specification you get a full refund. If your parcel is lost or damaged we reship it free of charge. Just contact our support team.
How do the mix and match savings work?
Add any 2 research vials to your cart and you save 5%. Add 3 or more and you save 10%. You can mix different products and sizes, and the saving is applied automatically in your cart with no code to enter. BAC water, sterile water, acetic acid, storage cases and bundles are not included. With 5 or more vials and £200 or more of peptides, a free storage case is added to your cart, and UK and Ireland orders of £200 or more get free Express delivery.
Why does my vial look almost empty?
Peptides are supplied as a lyophilised, freeze dried powder and the amount of material is very small, so it can look minimal or settled. Check the label and the certificate for the stated quantity.
